Thanks for the warm welcome and pleasant stay.  We were passing through on our trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas.  We received a very friendly man who arranged the tour, an extensive directory along with what we could see and how we could continue our route.  It helped us very well.  He arranged for us a helicopter, we were extremely happy with.

My stay at the Grand Canyon Plaza Resort last November was both pleasant and comfortable.  The staff were very friendly and [Front Desk Associates] at reception was extremely helpful and efficient.  The concierge is both friendly and knowledgeable and he gave me some great tips on what to do and where to go during my stay.

Check in was great!  I didn't have to ask for any information about the area/food - anything.  We arrived @ 9:30 pm and Gary showed great concern for us to make it to food by 10 pm.  We felt very valued!  Gary was great & we will be back!  Room was great also!  Slept better than home!

It was an absolute pleasure staying here.  Queen Suite was perfect for family of 4 - 2 TV's a surprise.  Housekeeping was above excellent, all staff friendly, approachable and patient...

About 1 month ago we, my partner and myself, stayed at the Canyon Plaza Resort. What a pleasure it was to have a concierge. He really made our stay very special. First of all he directed us to the best places at the Grand Canyon, as well as directions how to get there, where to park, and where to be at what time of the day. He booked us a helicopter flight and arranged the best table in a neighbourhood restaurant. On top of that he recommended us a wonderful trip to the Antelope Canyon and although the special photographers trip seemed to be full, he arranged us a seat. Wow, well done!! Thanks to the concierge, our nice stay was perfect!

We certainly did enjoy our stay and your hotel exceeded our expectations!  The room was spacious and very clean.  The bed was very comfortable, had ample pillows, high quality linens and was amply stocked.  The staff was courteous and helpful, and we took advantage of the complimentary breakfast each day.  The value for the reasonable dollar spent was more than expected.  I plan to stay with you again.  Please feel free to use my comments.
