Thank you for the "Thank-You." My daughter, who is 10, and myself had a wonderful time at the canyon, and our stay at your hotel was so nice. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, and considering it was Spring / Easter break for so many families around the nationa, things were surprisingly quiet. I have stayed at your hotel years ago and remembered it well, which is why I chose it again. And, if I ever happen back to the South Rim, I will no doubt stay with you then. Thank-you for the service and comfort you provide.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. .... We were so tired from hiking that we pretty much fell asleep within an hour of checking in.

Thank you for a pleasant stay. Room was clean and enjoyed the discounts on the buffets and IMAX show. Will plan on staying here again on our next visit to the Grand Canyon.

I had forgotten to check inside of the armoire before we checked out and had left all of my hanging clothes from our over night trip. Thanks for the warm welcome and pleasant stay. We were passing through on our trip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. We received a very friendly man who arranged the tour, an extensive directory along with what we could see and how we could continue our route. It helped us very well. He arranged for us a helicopter, we were extremely happy with.March, 2012

My stay at the Grand Canyon Plaza Resort last November was both pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and [Front Desk Associates] at reception was extremely helpful and efficient. The concierge is both friendly and knowledgeable and he gave me some great tips on what to do and where to go during my stay.
